More and more municipal governments are joining the website redesign bandwagon in upgrading their sites to an easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye design.  Clients opt for a content management system wherein they can update and maintain their website just using a web browser.  Saves a bunch on software and maintenance overhead.  However, this becomes a struggle with designers, quite similar to giving a baby for adoption and letting the foster parents raise the child with clothes that sometimes don’t match.
